Jeremy Youngers is a devoted husband and father of four young children. His deep love for God and family is reflected in his unwavering commitment to serve others.

Jeremy began speaking publicly at just 17 years old while living in Brazil in 1992. Speaking to audiences of more than 500 teens at a time, he shared insights about American culture and life as a teenager in the U.S. Looking back, he reflects, “At that time I knew about God, but I didn’t know Him. My ten months in Brazil were an incredible experience, but I always felt something was missing - I knew there was more to life.”
After returning home, Jeremy pursued his undergraduate education at Franciscan University and earned his graduate degree from Santa Clara University. Over the past three decades, he has combined his passion for ministry and entrepreneurship, serving in parish-based roles and achieving notable success as a small business owner.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has impacted thousands of families and consistently demonstrated a gift for developing leaders and building strong ministry teams. His ability to mentor, coach, and inspire has empowered countless ministry professionals to grow in both faith and leadership.

Today, as Executive Director of Caritas Foundation International, Jeremy continues to provide transformative support to ministry leaders. His work centers on cultivating clear vision, offering practical strategies, and fostering leadership that sustains vibrant and effective ministry.
